Amarnath Bhat - Managing Director
B. Tech. from IIT Mumbai, MBA from IIM Bangalore
Amarnath has over 40 years of experience in senior management as part of various IT consulting and services firms in India and abroad. Of this the past 25 years have been spent in CAD/CAE product and technology development.
Shoba Mathai - Director (Systems and Product Development)
MSc in Mathematics from Bangalore University, Diploma in Computer Sciences from Bangalore University.
Shoba has over 30 years of experience in senior management as part of various IT consulting and services firms in India and abroad. Out of this the past 20 years have been spent in CAD/CAE product and technology development.
Shoba is in charge of all software and systems development work in STPL. She heads a Team of Developers, working on both, the engineering software product development projects and the I.T. software development projects.
Bharat Davda – CMO
Dipl. Metallurgy, ADFT from NIFFT, Ranchi
Bharat has over 35 years of experience as a Foundryman, having set up and worked in sand and investment casting foundries. He has extensive technical knowledge of metallurgy, cast alloys and processes, and foundry technologies. Apart from a practicing foundryman, he has consulted for many foundries, in project areas, technical matters and problem solving.
Prof. M.N. Srinivasan, Emeritus Professor (IISc) - Technical Advisor
B.E. from Mysore University, M.E. from IISc, Ph.D. from University of Birmingham, UK
Prof. Srinivasan serves as a Technical Advisor for SoftCAST and CastDESIGN projects.
Research Interests: Design for Manufacture (CAD), Science of Metal Casting, Flow & Feeding and Laser Material Processing.
Prof. B. Gurumoorthy, Professor (IISc) - Technical Advisor
B. Tech from IIT Madras, M.E. from Carnegie Mellon University, Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, USA
Prof. Gurumoorthy serves as a Technical Advisor for RapidSOLID project.
Research Interests: CAD, Geometric Modeling, Product Design, Computer Aided Prototyping
Annie Shibu - Manager (Tech Support & Services)
BE (Elect Engg) from Bangalore University.
Annie has around 20 years of experience in the CAD and CAE fields.
Annie is in charge of Tech Support and Services in OSPL. She heads a Team of Senior and Junior Engineers, providing support to our customers and CAD/CAE services to clients, in India and overseas. Her Team also provides support to our in-house software development team.
